| Effect Grammar Creativity Playability
Mendokuse (Flying Swallow) Effect: 5/5 It’s a good pump effect but it lasts more than 1 turn which is a good reason to play it. Grammar: 4/5 Wow, it was really hard to find any problems but I did. It should be X =, then Additionally. Also shouldnt it be gets +X/+X during this turn and next turn.? Creativity: 5/5 This theme is kind of hard to make not creative so yea.. Playability: 4/5 I really pondered this one. I like the effect but right now, I don’t see pump effects even lasting ones getting much play. Total: 18/20
UchihaKyoji23 (Sword of Tatsuka) Effect: 4/5 Well the thing is this is just Reaper Death Seal + Sealing Barrier. Grammar: 2.75/5 Alright this is how it should be worded: Effect: Remove the target from game. Then, search your opponent’s Hand,Deck, Chakra area, Discard Pile or Reinforcement Deck and remove every Ninja with the same name as the target from game. This Jutsu card cannot be affected by your opponent’s effects. Creativity: 5/5 Like I said kind of hard not to be creative every one has their opinion. Playability: 3.5/5 I don’t think this card would be played only because of the restricted user’s and the Chakra cost. Total: 15.25/20
aurelio (Shadow Manipulation) Effect: 4/5 A decent search but after that new starter naruto it might be a little to good even for 2 earth Chakra. Grammar: 4.5 /5 The effect should be worded like: Effect: Search your Deck for 1 Jutsu card, show it to your opponent and place it in your hand. (An optional sentence could have included “Then, shuffle your Deck.”) Also you don’t need to start another line when you went “Additionally,...” Creativity: 5/5 Love that his was from the most recent episode!! Playability: 3/5 Well because shikamaru is either a splash or used in Mental I don’t think this card would get much play. Total: 16.5/20 (Very Nice!!)
venkelos (Living Corpse Reanimation) Effect: 4.5/5 Interesting I wouldnt mind trying this card out just to see how it worked. Grammar: 2.5/5 Alright this part is pretty rough but Jutsu’s are hard to word so this is how the effect should be worded: Effect: Attach 1 non “Platoon” Ninja card from your hand or Discard Pile to the target. While this card is attached to the target, the target is considered to be both cards. Empowered: Apply the original effect, instead you can choose from any Ninjas with an Entrance cost of X or less. Creativity: 5/5 Well didnt see that coming for Orochimaru. Playability: 3.5/5 Well Im not sure how this would do but in all honesty I don’t see it doing the greatest. Total: 15.5/20
satanspawngenma (Space Time Ninjutsu) Effect: 3.5/5 This seems like the turn 5 4th hokage that does the same thing. Grammar: 3.5/5 I feel the Target should be User then the effect should be like this: Effect: Place the target in any of your Battling Teams in any position. Additionally, you can discard 1 of your Chakras. In that case, move this card to your hand. Creativity: 5/5 Both the 4th and Madara nice. Playability: 3/5 I don’t see this getting any play with the turn 5 4th running around. Total: 15/20
Lovely Ino (Genjutsu: Sylvan Fetters) Effect: 5/5 Interesting I like it. Grammar: 4.25/5 Again I was looking at this one for a while trying to find something to mark you off for (Sorry to sound mean) and I believe the last sentence in the effect should be worded like this “At the end of the turn, move 1 Ninja with the same name as the user in the user’s Team in any position.” Creativity: 5/5 Awesome Kurenai Jutsu!! Playability: 4/5 Well lets see I like it and I feel it could be fun in casual play but competitive I don’t see it holding up to well. Total: 18.25/5
MJM (Leaf Hurricane) Effect: 4.25/5 I like it but I still don’t get why they target gets a stat decrease an effect negation would have been fricken sweet though. Grammar: 4.25/5 I think it should have been “Additionally,...” not “In addition,..”. In the effect user is not capitalized nor current. Creativity: 5/5 Lee loopy fist FTW! Playability: 4.5/5 Im not really sure how well this would work in a Tiajutsu maybe we could ask [CHEATING EYES] Sasuke? Total: 18/20
Well there you have it. Sorry if my judging really sucked today I am really tired and staring at the computer screen is giving me a head ache.

| just to explain my card gauntlet, what is does is gives the user +2/+2 until that card is discarded, because i figured with kunai and shuriken you get a small increase for a turn because you throw them, theyre dispossable. however a gauntlet is a weapon you wear on your arm, which means it lasts longer, it is not so disposable. | |

| Sadly, I can't say I was feeling amazingly creative this week; I choose to blame work. Anyway, rather than slap together some weapon only one person uses, or some little weapon that everyone should use, but doesn't (that's what powers are for), I decided to borrow a page from the books of Tenten and Kankuro. In both cases, the character is walking around with a veritable bonanza of killing implements, but they don't want to encumber themselves, so they store them in scrolls; Tenten, especially, is well known for raining down huge collections of sharp things on enemies heads. So, rather than just make a weapon, I made a searcher; one that can find any card made made here, as well as many that the Weapon Specialists on the game can also use. It's Earth because of Tenten, but with no cost, I figure it can splash into any element that has Weapon CA ninjas, and jutsus for them to use (if it costs nothing to give a ninja "use any jutsu", I figure a little searcher isn't to bad). I suppose you could use this as a bit of self mill, but I don't know if Earth likes that, and otherwise, go to town, I guess. Well, that's about it. Hope this week goes well for all. | |

| My entry. I made several other cards for this week but I ended up with this card I made a while back being the best. I like it a lot. Essentially it does what it does in the Movie. It grabs a Ninja and "moves" them. However, damage is dealt along the way. It's essentially a Splashable Damage Jutsu. However the downside is, if you pick the wrong Ninja, the opposing team will overpower you. And if you don't get the Jutsu itself or other Grappling Arm Jutsu cards to your Discard Pile before the end of the turn, it's essentially a pump for your opponent and nothing else. | |

| Okie dokie, I wasn't really feeling a lot of creativity with this theme, but here's my entry. It's more of a joke card. The turn marker advancing represents the sun rising higher, and the water card represents the sweat/saliva. Aren't I clever? EDIT: Changed the element to Fire in light of seeing Monju today. | |

| Alright folks sorry no full judging today.
Ok so for a quick judging I will be judging the same way as I have been doing a full judge but it will not have the detailed description.
Aurlio (Capturing Chains) 17.5/20 Awesome card, I really like this one. Some grammatical errors but I wont go into detail.
satanspawngenma (Gauntlet) 15.5/20 Alright neat card few things, why is it wind and how come the name is in the middle of the name section? Some grammatical errors here and there. Venkelos (Weapon Summoning Scroll) 14/20 Really not the most creative im pretty sure there is a card out there very similar to this card. All the same its cool.
Shakky (Multi-shuriken Barrage) 15.5/20 Ok its cool but there are some grammatical errors. Also your name is to far to the right.
UchihaKyoji23 (Executioners Blade) 15.5/20 Just another pump effect I do like how you added that if the user is Zab or Sui they keep the pump. MJM (Grappling Arm) 18.5/20 Alright I saw this card and I was like DAMN I love it very good job MJM. This + Razor chain is like a good combo.
Sandboxkid (Twin Rising Dragons) 16.75/20 Nice card. Its pretty cool but im not sure on how it would be used because I’ve never run anything like it.
Lovely Ino (Wire Reeling Web) 18.25/5 Ha love this card thank you for pointing out the episode. The reason why you don’t have a higher score is because the choices should be worded What ever the Target then what ever if needed.

| i was trying to give a new play style to the colorless jutsus depending on what elemental style a player uses. with weapon att. being wind and earth. Wind tends to give direct damage and earth has a lot of stand by jutsu so i stuck to those effects and gave the 3rd for duel element decks. i was planning on doing something similar for taijutsu decks. | |

| my idea behind this was kimimaro needs to be stronger than he normally is so i ditched the hand cost. next he was for sure stronger than any of the other sound four and was one of the strongest shinobi of season one. that is the explanation for the +2/+2 for the rest of the game. part 2 of his special ability was the one down side kimimaro had, his chronic illness that eventually lead to his death. for this very reason he could not be the body for orochimaru and instead killed himself in order to bring sasuke to his lord. kimimaro doesnt get enough credit in this game and i dont really believe this will help much but its a starting point p.s. sorry for the crapy image quality | |

| here's my card good ol' kido explanation is in order Why earth? well because he makes clay like substance from his body in order to make bows, kunai and all that good stuff. and because he be a spider and spider is as "earthy" as they come. well thats my explanation for that. the effect...well...it's cause...well...you know j/k really its because of his pin-point accuracy to kill any opponent from anywhere using his chakra to guide him. i forgot to mention why i didn't put "Name: Kidomaru" and its not cuz i forgot...can you Imagine this Effect PLUS a spider bow? way to broken thats like 2 free BRs right there. and with all those jutsus that Jonins can use to Damage people Jonin was not an option because i know the Mission that gives "The four sound ninja" Jonin bot the case Kido is "the sound Ninja four" yeah worded different but not interchangable. so there you go

| Well, the Sound 4 aren't my favs in the Naruto villain department, though I must admit that they have some sick stuff in the card game. Anyway, I am much more the fan of Kimi than of the four others, so I made one of him, and State 2 is actually useful for them, as opposed to Sasuke (curse you, Emosuke, for NEVER getting a benefit from your State 2), so i just made my Kimi State 2. Explanation: this guy is tough, and by tough I mean holding back Broke Lee and Gaara (even if he was suffering from good-guys-are-pansies syndrome; that illness that nerfs characters like Neji and Gaara, once we are supposed to like them, thus allowing the villains to pwn them). Anyway, his first effect covers that; you won't hurt him, but he pays, as you deplete your deck, without a choice (it caught his wasting disease). He can also be bounced, so getting rid of him isn't impossible, just a bit tricky. Otherwise, he dies when his body (your deck) gives out. His other effect is meant to keep him going toe to toe with other big stuff, as he is pretty much the most powerful thing in his arc; if his heart hadn't faded, he would have slaughtered a Kage-level strength (Gaara), plus another bruiser (Lee); he's no more afraid of your Jonins than of your Genins), so this keeps his oomph up, in the face of some other enemies. Still, it isn't too much, and you can get him by using weaker enemies, and bouncing, or making him become support, or standby. Also, as the game has no problem getting him Jonin, I just figured let him have it; he is that talented, and it might add a bit of "sure, I'd play that one, over the other ones", when you figure in his deck-drain. I didn't want it to be a case of "okay, you made this, but why would I want to use it?" It still might be, but I overall like it. Well, that about covers it. I wish more of this pic (my fav Kimi) could be seen here, but its so vertical that, if he's all there, he's so small as to seem poorly done, so I zoomed him up.
