Oh well guess I gotta step my game up. About the Jutsu, I forgot I had to make an entry and it was my Chunin weekend so I threw it together fast... lol Yah Sry I did judge pretty hard. It's cause it was 2 cards on the scale of one. So if you had one error it was often found on both cards so lots of points were being lost all around.

| Note to all Players in my tourney. I would like you to all check out my Ultimate Photoshop Thread, even if you don't use photoshop. At the bottom of the first post is a Commonly Made Mistakes section that could help everyone out on loosing so many mistakes. Cause these are the things that lose you like small points each but add up. | |

| Okay, here is mine. I was going to make another "Sasuke using Itachi cards" Sasuke, but I was beaten to it, so, while there is a Tobi, already, I decided to make him. Details: Mendo, I tried to follow your rules thread, some of which only seem weird, but I couldn't follow them all. Every card I see usually has Mental Power and Name: FITB last, after Growth, Ambush, and stuff. Platoon seems to sneak there, sometimes. Either way, my entry couldn't do it your way, because then it would have been cutting over the EC shuriken, so I have them as seen. I don't get making active ones all caps, but I did that, too. Hopefully, I met most of your requirements, this time. Alright, I hope that this one is a bit more balanced, and not-cheese. I can't bear to make characters in their "weak pansy" versions, when I can help it (my Fire deck would be so much better if Danzo had Sharingan Eye, and a rank, preferably Satoosa), so this is Tobi when he stops pussyfooting around, and reveals that he is ridiculous, rather than just acting ridiculous. He does have some silly, because I thought it would be funny. His effect replicates sucking ninjas into his Sharingan, or whatever that is that he does in the manga. It is very versatile; it should work, whether he is a Stand-by Ninja, or Battling, and it could, conceivably, save your own Ninjas, as well as bother your opponent. If my assessment is right, he could even bail himself out of an unwanted fate, and then come back, at the end of the turn (this seems no worse than Rochi using Immortality Jutsu to remove him from the field, negating a jutsu that targeted him, and then popping right back in, same card, and healed, and be fine, which happened to me seven times, last night), and though he leaves play, his effect covers his return, so his departure shouldn't negate it for him. Granted, the target comes back to the village that they left from, and they don't heal, but important allies can survive, and possibly make the opponent waste a jutsu, now that there is no target, or powerful enemies can be temporarily banished, depriving their force of useful jutsus, or high Power/Support. For his attributes, he fought on par with Kages (1st Hokage), was a Mizukage, and is one of the most powerful Ninjas in all of history, so having Satoosa seemed fine. He's Akatsuki, and they have Ambush; besides, he's a master of warping, and teleports, so Ambush seemed fine, anyway. I don't think his stats are too weird, and he does comment on being devastated, physically, after his battle with the 1st Hokage, so there are ninjas tougher than him; he just has cheesy abilities, and probably some potent jutsus (if they ever get made). He can also count as an Uchiha, benefiting from several cards, and has Sharingan. I wanted him to be able to use Mangekyou cards, like Tsukuyomi, Susanoo, and Kamui, but he never shows use of Amaterasu, Tsukuyomi, or Susanoo (just knowledge of them), and Kamui could be covered by making another card, that does the same thing, would work as well, or just use Sharingan cards, if your opponent uses the above. Okay, that should about cover him. | |

Very nice, I'd say I like that quite a bit. I batted around the idea of doing a Konan, or maybe her and Pain (Deva), but decided against it. Looks very good. I very much like the image selected; haven't seen that one before. If images could cover the Ninja symbol, it would be awesome, because then she'd have the 3D effect, like she's jumping from the card, to Deva Pain's side. I also like that, with 2 chakras, she sort of benefits from something similar to her own effect. "Konan's not a rogue ninja!" There, I said it. Sorry, but every time I see a fan card of Pain or Konan, and someone puts that with them, I'm compelled to do this. They aren't actually rogue from anywhere, and fairly rule their village. Sorry, please pay it no mind.

| Okay, here's my entry. One of the things I never liked about the way that Bandai handled Dei-Dei is that he only damages Ninjas with his effects. The whole point of his fighting style is that he blows up everything. I think it would be more interesting if he destroyed ninjas, hand, deck, battle rewards, etc. Essentially, his attacks ravage the opponent's entire Village. That was the thought behind this card. He has dual element purely for gameplay purposes; I thought it would be more interesting if Dei-Dei could fit snugly into an Earth Hand Control deck or a Fire Mill Deck. Additionally, I believe Fire/Earth is the preferred combination for Akatsuki decks right now, so he fits a little better there as well. | |

Use Imageshack, it doesn't save it permanent like in an account but it's good.

It's interesting, I'll give it that, and Mendo never said OFFICIAL Akatsuki, I suppose. It's a little weird, him actually weakening when he gets injured, but he's rather a beatstick, regardless of condition. I kind of wish he maybe had something like "Naruto Uzumaki (Akatsuki), and Name: Naruto Uzumaki; Narutos can be rather a staple form many decks, and it could be hard to give one up. Naruto's certainly the trendsetter now, with (FILL IN THE BLANK) names. I've kind of been batting that idea around for some Akatsuki Sasukes I had envisioned. Overall, I'd say good, but you forgot to slash over his village symbol.

| Aurielo-16/20 I like the idea behind the card. The stats might be a little to good. Your characteristics are not arranged properly. Somethings not caped.
Venkelos-17.5/20 Nice stats. Fits Madara well the effect is very nice it can get rid of those pesky troublesome cards so you can go for the win. The CA is very nice as well even though it should have been Time-Space. In the characteristics Mental Power comes before Ambush.
Ninja_Pedro 18.5/20 Love it good effect but genjutsu? Exchange of Jutsu and Battling are some caped words you missed. Overall nice card.
Lovely Ino-18.5/20 A very nice effect starts off simmilar to Zabuza-DOCV but then gets into milling and a discard yes please.
Sandboxkid-17.5/5 Not bad the effects seems to fit him because he didnt care who he kills akatsuki or not. The stats could be better. Good card overall
MJM-17/20 Way to good in my opinion I can draw basically 2 a turn if I can stop him from getting Jutsued I can be a Major chumper and draw for it.
Sgt.Peppers-19/20 Cool card. Naruto isnt a guy tho!?! The stats are ok for 2 HC. Cool card overall I really cant find much wrong with it. Good job.
