Mendo's Ongoing tourney

Hm... okay, here's my entry. I tried going with a character you don't see a lot of.





Against the right deck, and used competently, the jutsu could be pretty ridiculous, in my opinion. It wasn't so powerful originally, but I realized that when I opted to give Fubuki "Jonin" rank, any jutsu for her would have a lot of tough competition. It's also neat because it "freezes" the opponent as long as the jutsu's out there. I like the flavor, and it's an effect I've never seen on a jutsu before.

My entries:



Basically, he forces an opponent into battle (Kind of like Hidan...) then gives that Ninja +1 Mental Power (so if you picked your opponent's Ninja with no or -X Mental Power they might have chance). Finally they perform a Mental Power battle.

Keep in mind that you can hit 1 of your own Ninjas too, meaning that you can just give +1 MP to 1 of your other Ninjas and they can start a MP battle too.



I made it only require Shikamaru because it's personal and basically it wrecks against any deck.

I wanted to spice up the bland pic so I just moved Hidan and Ino's faces above the border.

Nah, I didn't make it. It's actually a screenshot right from the movie. That's why it's a little blurry, but I think it's still presentable.

If you don't mind could you teach me how you get screen shots from animes? I've been wondering that for the longest time.

I have always just used the "prnt scrn" key on my key bored.

bring up the video on full screen
pause on the seen you want
hit "prnt scrn"
open ps
start a new project
go to edit and hit paste.

at least thats how i do it Lovely Ino might know a better way.

Yeah, that's how I do PhotoDraw, sometimes, too. I haven't done it with a paused video file, yet, but if the PDraw program feels too bogged down to let me save as a JPEG (happens sometimes, don't know why), and biffs itself, I print screen the file, while it's open, make a new file, and use that as the thing to save, it always works, but it can look blurry. I wish mine was as clear as that.

Using "prntscrn" only works on streaming videos, like on youtube. Try using it on a video playing in media player, like a DVD, it doesn't work.

I use a free player called "VLC Media Player", which has a handy "Take Screenshot" feature built right in. I originally downloaded it because it plays .mkv files, but it's been pretty handy.

Ouch, I guess Danzo's cheese smelled a bit to Limburger-like; lowest points. I guess I'll have to come up with something Akatsuki that doesn't suck so hard. Hmm...what could I do? Maybe...

Is it just me or did you judge very hard Mendo this week?

Oh well guess I gotta step my game up. About the Jutsu, I forgot I had to make an entry and it was my Chunin weekend so I threw it together fast... lol
