It has nothing to do with the name its that it doesn't fit the time frame. Gaara wasn't a kazekage while he fought naruto and sasuke.

With my own limited skills, I'm rather pleased, and willing to stay pleased with this little thing I've made. Would such a thing be your Naruto/Ichigo thing, above? I could do that, but the program I use would put white into the empty space.

Maybe. PhotoDraw uses a slide to act as your active work space, and things not in it don't appear in an image. I don't know, but don't think, that you can set this white slide to transparent. I can make the bottom-most layer a box filled with color (that's why my cards used to have a bit of black on the sides), but the slide, itself, can't be selected, to enact transparency on it, nor do I see an option under File or Edit or View to do so. It might just be a limitation of the program. Still, cards are square/rectangular, so it works nice for them .

Maybe I'll play around with it, and see what happens, but I rather like my little banner. I feel it goes along well with naruto4ever's, and Mendokuse's, even if theirs might be a bit better.

Spacing between effect and effect name is too big.
The first "inplay" should be "in play". The second "inplay" should be "in-play". "Your" should be "your". "targated" should be "targeted".

Seems like a painful effect, losing all of your chakra but making your Leaf ninjas immune. Problem is wording, is it for the rest of the game or the turn? If its for the rest of the game then you need to find a way to represent it like a coin or a separate effect. I think the wording would be better off like this:
"When this Ninja is put in play, discard every card in your Chakra area.

Your in-play "Leaf" Ninjas cannot be affected by your opponents Ninja effects."
Or something like that.

Well, its definitley balanced, my only issue was if it was good enough to be sr, but gaara's effect goodness verse rarity is so confusing I'm not even gonna bother.

Just pointing this out and no offence to you shadow shikamaru but you really miss a lot when you judge. Just looks Mendokuse really takes time to anaylize the cards and scores them appropratily. Then i look at the way you judge and its like you just looked at the card and with out a second glance you judge. Thats just my opnion but thats how i feel.

Ik im a little late to this but i just got my internet back :P any chance you would let me be a Judge mendokuse? Id make the cards for the tourney but i already missed 2 rounds and i dont have a lot of time to make but id be good a judging. Let me know if i can if not thats fine as well but just let me know either way.

well, its not an acctuall tournement. or atleast a regular one. every single week is a new tournement. it will have a different theme, and the person with the most points wins that weeks theme. there are no rounds, and even if you lose or come in first, you can still enter the next week.

I sorta understand stepping around Kakashi and Itachi, but hmm... This one could be tough.

Ya, you caught me, kakashi and itachi are pretty commonly made cards so i just didnt add them to the list. They'll get their time eventually just wait.
