It's another tourny entry, but my opponent didn't show.

Wow that was quick, sweet card. So do you guys think this tourney is cool? I'm trying to make it so even if you don't have the best program you can still score good because half of the judging doesn't have anything to do with visuals.

Well not the bigges fan of this week but here is my card.

Okay, I stopped and thought about it for a while, and decided the Third was the way to go, for me. So, here he is, risking his life for the win!!!

Glad you brought that up i based the effect off of Early Settlement Kakashi (my favorite) But i didnt designate anything because you dont need to becasue all apply. Targets are only designated when the effect calles for it. MY effect however is an anything. Again thanks for pointing it out shoulda stated it when i posted the card. Oh im still waiting for that naruto pic just so you know.

Only one of the effects is supposed to be used; it's the same effect, it just weakens if he's Injured. He couldn't kill Orochimaru becasue he was hurt. As for the small text, well look how long the effect is? Oh well. Thank you for the positives; the white outlining skill is improving.
