there are many cards which are made for nine-tails theme, but i really don't know which card you should use to put in play naruto, and fox at the same time. i am not tournament player, just fan player.

my idea was to show naruto's will to let nine-tails to overcome, when he gets mad, and once it appears, there is no turning back. just fluffy effect, nothing more.
card itself is not resistant to jutsu cards. it can still be removed from play by a bunch of cards.

My guess is it's a case of a 9/9 on turn3 or 4. Doesn't matter if it has great effect or stuff since another Ninja in your team can just protect it. No matter how you look at it a Ninja that strong shouldnt be out until later. I mean you saw all the hype kank got, he was put in decks where there werent even jonin jutsus just because a 7 that early is crazy!!!!

This one was a bit of a quickie, and so I figured get it out of the way real fast. I decided to use Fu, because I found this nice pic of her, while looking for tailed beasts, and so it works out nice, in the end.


For me and my work/cheese, this turns out to be a rather simple card. My only real problem was, she is never in anything, and info on her is scarce, at best. Even the writer isn't sure even of her gender; apparently, some people might think she's a he, sort of like Deidara is thought of as a he , but I assume that she is still a she, and had to make some crap up. I gave her Jonin because I felt like it, and don't kow what else she'd have. Insect CA is a guess, but her TB is a giant bug, and there are some beetles in this image, so why not? I figure the log is either a residence for insect assists (she's not an Aburame, so she isn't a living hive, I suppose), or it's a heavy weapon for her to bludgeon things with (I decided that, like a bug, she can be disproportionately strong). I don't know, I rather liked it, anyway. As for Surge, she should have ways to get tougher, but I didn't want to make her tougher, so she can use Surge, and I would probably make some jutsus that added Power, if I cared, which I don't. As for her effects, the Mission doesn't exist, obviously, but I would have it be that it is permanent, and gets NB coins on it, that can be discarded to give a Ninja +1/+1 for the turn, and/or sub for chakra (versatile), but I don't know, and it doesn't affect this card, directly. Her other one is for not having to give her Dual Affinity. There is an upcoming Kakuzu Rein, his Four Souls, and they give him Rinnegan, effectively (not really, but it is what Rinnegan does, and I gave it to my Nagato Rein, when I finish it). So, I tweaked it, thus i hope the wording is right, and she can use Water paying Wind. Waterfall Ninjas have a talent for Water jutsus, but I didn't want her to be Water, for her CA and the jutsus that go with it, so she can use them in Wind.

Well, I made some of it up, out of necessity, and I bet anyone else who makes one will make her a pansy that any Akatsuki could sniffle in the direction of, and blow her away, but I hope it works out well.

That's very kind of you to say so, but I think that Naruto4Ever's just being nice to me since I'm still sort of new here. I feel that you're entry was much better than mine.

I'll admit, I had already started on Fu as well. Good thing that the effect I had in mind is generic enough to apply to any of the lesser known hosts; guess I'll give Han a shot instead...

No way mendo and I were talking last night and we both said you were going to come up with something unique and I believe it was him who said you were gonna make a Han or Roshi! Yay for good guesses

Aww, I was working on Han but that's okay I don't want you to change your card. I might even end up changing mine because it might not turn out how I envision it.

Well, I'm really unhappy with how this one came out. I did, at least, discover how to produce the steam effect that I was hoping to employ on Five Tails last week, so it's not a complete loss. Lineart and colors by yours truly, for better or worse... here's my entry.

I must say you are a really good card maker. I have to say it. When I looked at t his card, I was in awe. I'm going to PM you something and see if you can help me.

Um, I've tried to use my own line art and coloring, which led to these two cards getting made:


Looking at them, and then at yours, I see little to be unhappy about. I suppose it is your art to critique, but I'd say it's quite awesome.
