well, i really wanna try this so anyone who wants to go against me bring it on! it'll be a two card battle, 1 ninja, and 1 jutsu for that ninja. a simple 1 round match.

Pic-4.75/5 Its a very nice pic but....you lost .25 because the outerglow its not as rounded as it should be.

Text-4.75/5 Its good but looking very closley at it its not the exact text you lost .15 for that then the other .10 was lost from tsunades name being rendered to much.

effect-5/5 Looks good cant see any thing wrong really Im not sure hed be the 3rd hokage in that pic tho...still fine

Text-4.25/5 Its good but some editing errors are easily pointed out.

Effect-4.25/5 Well you forgot to Caps thing that needed to be caped like Jutsu, Lightning Blade, Chakras,Ninja

Also word it like this:

Valid: When this Ninja becomes the user of the following Jutsu cards "Lightning Blade", "Chidori", "Lightning Blade Single Slash", you can pay the Jutsu cost in "Lightning" Chakras instead of "Fire" Chakras.
