interesting challenge. i'll take you up on it. just give me some time to make them. 1, its been forever since i made a jutsu or mission, 2, i'm going to have to think of some good effects combo's and pics, and 3 my b-day is this week. but I got monday and tuesday off next week so i should have it up within that time. Ok, so we need judges, n4ever, shadowshika, mendokuse, some other proctor i'm forgetting, please sign up. and be able to judge unlike me and chibiclone's match where the judges never showed up.

yes, non-proctors can judge; it's just that Proctors are recommended by Sand Demon Gaara.

Stick to participating for a while. It will help you get a lot better and then you'll become a better judge.
