Introduction to the OCMPS

In efforts to enforce better record keeping, teaching, and introducing of card makers, we bring you, The Official Card Making Points System. The OCMPS, or CMP for short, is used to keep track of your records as a card maker. Award those who have done well and even help introduce others into the field of card making.

The CMP will record your points and use this information for several things. The first being placement in many big events. As you've seen in regular card games, your pre-existing score matches up the first round. This will be the same for the CMP. Another use for the CMP is awards. If you have reached a certain rank, you may get a certain prize or whatnot.

You will only be given points through the CMP. Other points are not valid. Also, points can only be given through CMP Sponsored Events. To run a CMP Sponsored Event, PM me, MJM, and tell me about it. I will give you the CMP Sponsored Event Approval and you can run your event happily.

The Point System
There are two point systems that are used for the CMP. The Major Point System and the Minor Point System. Each point system can only be used for itself respectively. You cannot use the Minor Point System for a Major Tournament and vise-versa. The following is for the Major Point System:

First Place: 15 CMP
Second Place: 10 CMP
Third & Fourth Place: 7 CMP
Fifth Through Eight Place: 5 CMP
Ninth Through The Rest: 3 CMP

The following is for the Minor Point System:

First Place: 2 CMP
Everyone Else: 1 CMP

How do you know what a Minor or Major Tournament is? Major Tournaments have brackets usually consisting of a Top 2 at the end. Minor Tournaments are usually weekly and only have 1 Winner.

The Ranking System
With the CMP you will have to be ranked according to your points. This will make it easier for you, as a card maker, to keep track of yourself and others AND it will be easier to get prizes. We will use Naruto Terms for it is easy to remember and use.

Sage Rank ~ 1000 CMP

Sannin Rank ~ 500 CMP

Kage Rank ~ 250 CMP

Jonin Rank ~ 175 CMP

Special Jonin Rank ~ 100 CMP

Chunin Rank ~ 50 CMP

Genin Rank ~ 25 CMP

Ninja Academy Student Rank ~ CMP
