the reason for most of them having low combat is because when most of them fight solo in the series, they get pwned, with the exception of Ibiki vs Animal Realm.
Also, I don't rlly like the Summoning Jutsu pic >.> Anyways, the last 2 Pains are def more combat oriented. |
