Random Idea: Plz leave input

Ok, so since Mendo's Ongoing Tourney, seems to be the life of this forum, and it gives everyone a reason to make cards. I figured what if we got another tourney going for ppl to participate in. Now straight up I want to say. This idea is not a replacement of the Ongoing Tourney that has survived for so long.

Anyways so here's the idea.
Mendo's Lazy Tourney: Every Week, Each Participant does 3 things. 1. Enter Card, 2. Vote which Card from last week they think should win (no voting for yourself), 3. Suggest a new theme

That's right, a tourney with no judge, essentially, all of you run the tourney via ideas for themes and choosing who wins, and then all we need is someone (probably me) to update the theme each week along with posting the winners card on the front post.

Please tell me what you think. Its a random idea I had, if you dont like the idea it really doesn't phase me much for my laziness knows no bounds lol.

Also, remember that the Ultimate Card Maker tournament is going to start up in a month or two. I'll be hosting it as always.

How about Filler Theme? Just any Filler Character in the series, not including Tenten.
