here's mine.

I'm working on re-doing my judging system, so please bare with the changes. I removed the stats section because it was too easy to get full marks just by copying all other copies of the character. Its natural for stats and effect to be combined because they should reflect one another. Furthermore this weighs the score more heavily on the overall look of the card. To make my new system comparable to the standard I've converted the scores to the 20 scale.

Quality – 2.75
-0.5 for the render being of poor quality.
-0.5 for the white line. Its much too harsh and jagged. Its also too thick and you did not add the slight drop shadow.
-0.5 for the combat attribute being illegible.
-0.5 for overall blurriness in places such as the rarity area. Also, the turn cost is poorly rendered.
-0.25 for the legs being sharply cut off. There are cases where bodies are not entirely intact, however blending is necessary to pull it off.

Text – 3
-0.5 for the flavor text being the wrong font and having no shadowing behind it.
-0.5 for the name “Kakashi” because its poorly rendered (I can see white specks on it) and its improperly sized.
-0.5 for the characteristics being poorly rendered. They are extremely hard to read and I can see the leftovers from your rendering job.
-0.25 for the effect text. Its moderately close to the correct text.
-0.25 for the card number font being rather far off.

Effect/Stats - 4.5
-0.5 for not wording the effect properly and poor comma usage.
Other than that, full marks for the effect and stats. The card is a good alternative for ETDF. The stats also fit well with most newer Kakashis.

Other than the wording, its an interesting effect. Kakashi gives you a fair degree of flexibility should the exchange of jutsu go poorly. Very creative.
