|  My idea behind a Chakra coin is that, when a Ninja with a chakra coin becomes the user of a jutsu card, he must discard 1 additional chakra in addition to the jutsu cost in order for the jutsu to take effect. Being able to load up on chakra as well seems like a nice idea. | |
