Alright here's my card. I threw it together a bit quickly but i don't think I made any big errors. Anyways, simple effect, and clearly obvious what kind of deck its meant for.

Effect-4.5/5 Should be worded "During the Showdown, if this Ninja's Team is Battling, all of your Battling Teams with 3 or more Team Mental Power preform a Mental Power Battle during the turn." Awesome effect tho id run it in my mental power deck if it were real.
Creativity: 5/5 Kakashi with Earth and for mental hell yes! and 101 cards made dang dude congrats.

Picture: 5/5, He's not a character you see a lot of as a card and this is my first time seeing him as a card.
Text: 4/5, The text is all good but you have a few mistakes(e.g. receive not recieve) and he probably should have had Leaf and I don't think Taijutsu was needed.
Effect: 2.75/5, Well no real new thing here, but you did not specify when the "not receive Damage" ends, so it sounds like it prevents all damage maybe that turn? Also, it has vary high stats for its turn with a possible pump built in it with a really good sounding effect and Jonin is just extra flavor.
Creativity: 4.75/5, I would have given you a 5 if it had a little more originality to it. DL Itachi + Sasuke's Jonin status effect are not original enough.

Picture: 5/5, It's a good picture of Kakashi and idk if the fade was needed, but looks like everyone likes it.
Text: 4.25/5, The flavor text looks to close to the box and your Jonin | Male should be shifted, but other then that everything looks good for text.
Effect: 4/5, Nice effect that helps MP decks, but it should be worded a little better.
Creativity: 5/5, Great work making a nice MP Kakashi and the added Earth only helps.
