I would say water myself, but I guess when I think about it I could see him as those aswell. Earth suits half of his beast, and some of his personallity, lightning is the villiage he's from where his brother is the raikage, and water is half of his beast and a little of his fighting skill. but yeah, I hope you get more votes because i'm pretty even for them.

Even though he fights with Ligthtning and he's from the cloud village and the Raikage and etc.

He should be Earth imo.

Sasuke/Kakshi uses Lightning (Chidori/LB) but they're not Lightning.

Earth would be the best imo. Some cards you know what element they're going to be in, others not so sure.

make him earth b/c we don't have much earth love for our set... killer bee will make everything go good

i personaly think water or lightning, besides me actually thinkn thats where he'd be...i dont see him looking to good with the backround of other elements, water and lightning compliment his bad self the best8)
