yeah, i check it almost everyday. Nice bleach theme. the banner is hillarious.

Edit: Okay, i just checked. i guess the bleach thing was yesterday. I like the shippuden one better though. i'd keep it like that.

its a little blurry, but not much. the flavor text is also pretty good and easy to see.

text 4/5
for one, the names should be closer together, then I think the text for the acctuall effect could be bigger slightly.

effect/stats 5/5
the effect is awsome, its not entirely broken with the three chakra, and thats good. after one or two times this card would be fun. have a 8/5, 8/5? also the stats seem to fit them aswell.

overall 4/5
not many things wrong with the card at all. a few errors, but most aren't a big deal. nice card.

for the text, most of it is pretty close. the flavor text is a little off, and the acctual effect is too big, but other than that is good.

hmm, well, the cost is good. then there are a few errors with the wording, the text should either be "target:every ninja battling against the user
effect: the target gets -x/-x during the turn. additonally, the user cannot be targeted by your oponents jutsu cards. X is the value of the users current status support value." in which case it would be broken. Or, "Target:The team battling against the user Effect: The target gets -X team power during the tun. Additionally the user cannot be effected by your oponents jutsu cards. X is the users current status support value." that way is much less broken because only the team gets -3 or -1, which is way better than every ninja getting that.

There are multiple things that need improvment, but I don't think your that bad of a card maker. you just need to get some practice on improving your cards and wording. there's that one section about help with wording, so post your effects there if your not sure how you should put them.
