Thats how id order them....its always been a controversy over whos the best but if there was a chanpion tourney then we would see.

Nice cards SS you're getting a lot better. If it weren't for all the broken narutos then i would so run it lol. But oww though jutsus are expensive, I would cry if one of them got gig fanned after i played it lol.

Also thanks for those who ranked me with the upper card makers.

usually, with a few exceptions, elemental jutsus are paid with the elemental chakra, so it would be pointless to make it wind without making a wind naruto... and no, I am not...

i think if it were wind, they'd have to make the cost wind, in that case, with naruto being lightning, id be about as played as the death reaper seal was with a earth chakra.
