| Ok well this is the thread where people can post a secret or 2 or more about making cards this can range from any thing as long as you think it makes card makin easier or makes YOUR cards look better. Ive always felt this was needed so ill make it. For starters ill give you guys a secret
Well when i make a card i spend more time revising th effect than making the cards most of the time i ask other people for help but b4 i take it to the card i fix it up on word.
So there you go now you guys post a secret of yours. | |

| Hmm, my secret, I always reuse. Since i use photoshop ive saved almost all of my cards in psd format so i can edit them or use them as a base for another card, saves me hours and keeps quality level. | |

| Spend time making the text look right. Personally, I feel that is the hardest part of the card. You can find a good image any day, but making the text all look precise is what makes the card look good and look real as well. | |

| My secret to the lettering is Trebuchet MS Bold & Trebuchet MS. For the Dropshadowing, I select the layer, go to filters, down to lights and shadowing, drop shadowing. For the Ninja dropshadow, I set it to OX3, OY3, and Blur 3. Btw, I use GIMP. I save the textbox layer so that I can open it at any time. For the image, I stick strictly to anime-style. I usually plan the effects days ahead of time, and make changes midway. So yeah... I have a lot of secrets.. | |
