This is a card I am still working on, what do you guys think of the effect. i did it that way so he would not receive damage or be discarded when using his jutsus.

I love the idea behind the card, though the wording may be just a little off. Not 100% sure, I'd have to check it against some other cards later. The text is a little big though. What font do you use? If you have to, sometimes you have to downscale the text to make it all fit properly.

The text should never go below the weave border on the left side if possible, and it should always line up on the left side with the Effect name and the Characteristic Line. Also, you want at least a 4 pixel space between the red line and the top of the Effect name, and another 4 pixels between the bottom of the Effect name and the top of the Effect Text.

thanks for the help. i did not want to make it to small so i think i made it 2.6 and used a text i think was called trebuche or something like that.

I too like the idea behind this card. A cooler picture would be nice, and Shino'sDad said the rest.

Thanks; and about the picture I think it looks epic, but that is just me.

Its the coloring that make it look bad. :\ But it my have been the best picture you found. ;|

yeah, i think the text lookes better like this. nice card btw, love the effect. no more down side to hidden lotuses or eight inner gates.

Nice card but Um i think Battlefeild should be changed to something like this

this Ninja cannot recieve Damage, be discarded or removed from your Village by Jutsu or Ninja effects.

It would definitely not be Village, as a battling Ninja is on the Battlefield, not the Village.

I bounced the effect around in my head a bit and it should read as such I think..

Valid: During the Exchange of Jutsu, you can change this Ninja to injured status. In that case, this Ninja cannot receive damage, be discarded or be removed from play by the effects of Ninja or Jutsu cards during this turn. In addition, heal this Ninja at the end of this turn.

Because the entire effect has to activate and resolve, you can word the healing like that and he won't automatically heal every turn if he is injured.

The reason I used Battlefield instead of Village or In Play was because
of effects that would make him a Stand By Ninja, such as with the new
Itachi.
