Picture 4.5/5 nice outline, but you missed his feet

Text 4.5/5 You have the font for the name and flavor text but not effect, plus some words are off

Effect 3.5/5 kinda overpowered the 'one' makes it overpowered

Status 5/5 it seems stable and good

Effect: 3.5/5, That card would of been great with only the first effect. Its only a rare so the second effect is unneeded and also to good. But if you really want that second effect in there make it were when Jiraiyas in play Naruto's Rasengans do 1 damage on top of its effect. IMO

Overall: 3.5/5, Overall it just looks so bad because of all the wrong text and no set stuff. Also the card is a little fuzzy all around.

The scores are even at 31.5. So guess its up to the 3rd judge. I just judged cuz tobi wanted me to and I already started.

If Ninja Pedro wants to do it. He can take my judging spot. I will be the one who will delay the tournament cause I don't check this site very often.
