There is no official template, just rip it off a card from the bandai site.

Alright so just updated this Thread. Look at the first post for links to all of my cards that I have made. (Outside of what I've made as a group member for sets.) Also from now on when I make a new card I'll just post it in here instead of making a new thread that will die off quickly. So to start it off here's my newest card rebalanced.

Static Battle effects have been templated slightly differently starting with Set 16, as seen with Dei/Tobi and Sas/Zetsu Platoons, so Kakashi's text would be more like:

While this Ninja is on the Battlefield, your Battling teams with a Team Mental Power of 3 or more perform a Mental Power Battle during the Showdown.
