The deck type is easy to tell, standard Water deck, with Chakra Control as it's main draw.

It seems ok but could definitely use some work. I admit i haven't run water lately but I do know one guy that's been running it since he started so based on what I've seen from his deck. I'd take out the client for Temporizing Threat. Also you should have at least 2 Haku camo in yur deck come on its like a beast card with zabuza.
