New fourth hokage

Well, i've been working on cleaning up my cards and text and i think that this may be my best card yet because of it. tell me what you think.

Truthfully its way to costly, and the pic is of Jonin Minato so it should be jonin not satoosa.

hmmm. Your right about the jonin thing, i didnt realize that, and for the cost, I was wagering between 3 or 2 chakra, I was thinking 4 chakra to kill off a ninja was a little much, but i could change it.

Yah but 3 specific just for a damage out of a turn 6. You'd be better off just saying it can only be used 1nce a turn and cost 2 lightning or 3 generic.
